1. What You Can Report

Reporting Grounds

Ebony and Ivory provides a reporting process for users who believe content or activity on the platform may violate our rules or create a safety concern.

You Can Report:

suspected underage users;

suspected trafficking or exploitation;

coercion or forced activity;

non-consensual intimate images;

harassment or threats;

scams or fraudulent advertisements;

impersonation;

unlawful content;

other serious breaches of our Terms or policies.

2. How to Report

Reporting Mechanisms

Use the Report function available on the relevant advertisement, profile or content.

Please include:

the advertisement/profile URL;

username or advertiser name;

a description of the concern;

screenshots or other relevant information, where appropriate; and

any information that may help us locate the content.

3. What Happens After a Report?

Review and Actions Taken

Depending on the circumstances, Ebony and Ivory may:

review the report;

request additional information;

temporarily restrict content;

remove content;

suspend or terminate an account;

preserve relevant information; or

refer the matter to an appropriate authority where required or appropriate.

We may not be able to disclose the outcome of an investigation because of privacy, legal or safety considerations.

4. Emergency Situations

Immediate Danger Protocol

If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services (000 in Australia) rather than waiting for Ebony and Ivory to respond.

5. False Reports

Good Faith Reporting

Reports should be made honestly and in good faith.

Repeatedly submitting knowingly false or malicious reports may result in restrictions on your account.
