Ebony and Ivory provides an online platform only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the employer, agent, representative or service provider of any advertiser listed on the platform.

Users must not attempt to use Ebony and Ivory's payment system to process transactions that are outside the services we expressly provide.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it and grant Ebony and Ivory the permissions reasonably required to operate, display and promote your advertisement.
